We do not guarantee coverage, reimbursement, or claim approval.
6. Memberships & Programs
Any wellness memberships, care plans, promotions, or specialty programs (including but not limited to nervous system reset programs or prenatal care plans) are subject to separate written agreements.
Membership terms may include:
Auto-draft billing
Defined minimum commitments
Usage limitations
Cancellation policies
